At the tender age of 16 Nicolai Simon already played in the 2. Bundesliga South for TSG Ehingen where the strong point guard instantly made the starting five. Being one of the most talented players of his age group Nico was a standout in all the German junior national teams. He impresses with a great understanding of the game and a deadly outside shot (46 percent in 2005/06). Aside from his duties with ALBA Nicolai will lead the way for the 2. Bundesliga team TuSLi this season together with Philip Zwiener.
