Der Sohn der NBA-Centerlegende Jack Sikma steht vor seiner vierten Saison für ALBA. Der vielseitige Power Forward, der mit viel Übersicht die Mitspieler wie ein Spielmacher in Szene setzt, ist auch abseits der Spiele mit seiner Professionalität ein Vorbild für ALBAs Nachwuchsspieler. Nach dem College zog es Luke nach Spanien, wo er sich vom Zweitligisten La Palma bis zum Topteam Valencia Basket hochspielte, mit dem er 2017 spanischer Meister wurde und im EuroCup und im spanischen Pokal im Finale stand. Mit ALBA, seiner ersten Profistation außerhalb Spaniens, wurde er als MVP der BBL 2018 und MVP des EuroCups 2019 sowie mit dem Gewinn des Doubles 2020 noch erfolgreicher.

The son of NBA center legend Jack Sikma is about to start his fourth season with ALBA. The professional attitude of the versatile Power Forward, whose excellent reading of the game often turns him into a playmaker, is also a role model for ALBA's young players. After college, Luke moved to Spain, where he advanced from second division club La Palma to top team Valencia Basket, where he became Spanish champion in 2017 and participated in the finals of the EuroCup and the Spanish Cup.
