Zeljko Obradovic (Cheftrainer Fenerbahce): First I want to congratulate ALBA. They play excellent basketball - not only tonight, but the whole season. This game changed in the last quarter. In the first half ALBA played excellent, reading and punishing our defense. We had many turnovers and offensive fouls and being down only minus eight at half time was a good result for us. Obviously we had to change something. We needed to take control of our turnovers and play calm. We managed to do that in last quarter and won the game.
Aito Garcia Reneses (Cheftrainer ALBA): I congratulate Fenerbahce. They are a very good team. They had a bad start into the season, but they are getting better and better. I also congratulate my team, which played with great effort and intensity. Of course we don’t like the result, but most of the time we were doing well. I am happy with the team. It‘s true that Niels Giffey normally plays more minutes. Nothing was wrong with him. It was just tactical reasons. Kenneth Ogbe played really well tonight and I am happy with him.
