Ergin Ataman (Efes-Cheftrainer): "In the first half we played very good basketball. We played like we have did all of last season. In the third quarter we continued in the same way, but in the last we made some mistakes with 15 turnovers and we started to force shots. But it was an important win after we lost the first two games. It was not our expectation to start the season with two losses. We are all in a strange situation. It is difficult to stay focused and concentrated in every situation. But we must focus game by game now."

Aito Garcia Reneses (ALBA-Cheftrainer): "It was a very difficult game for us. Efes played very well. Their players are not only very talented, they are also big and strong. For us it is very difficult to play against them in our current situation. We must understand that EuroLeague ist a very difficult competition. It’s important that we give our maximum. If the opponent is still better and wins, it’s ok and it shouldn’t affect our self confidence. We have to accept it, learn from it and improve little by little."

Simone Fontecchio (ALBA-Forward): "It was a tough game against a really good team. We have to focus more on playing our on style of basketball, also we have to defend better than we did today. It’s a loss we have to learn from, to be better on Friday in Moscow."
