Ticket Terms
Please find below important information and useful guidelines regarding your ticket for any of the ALBA BERLIN home games.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR VISIT:
- Up-to-date fixtures and tip-off times are available via albaberlin.de/spielplan.
- Main gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. VIP, premium and courtside seat ticket holders may use the premium entrance from 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Ticket holders have to go through security checks upon entry (incl. metal detectors).
- No cameras and other recording devices for commercial use allowed.
- No bags larger than A4 format are allowed into the arena.
- There are limited storage facilities at the arena, fee applies.
- No firework, bottles, cans, intoxicants an pets allowed into the arena.

Please mind the following in order to ensure smooth entry into the arena:
- you may use either your mobile ticket or the print@home ticket to access the arena
MOBILE TICKETS
Make sure to add your ticket to your wallet app (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Pay) ahead of time so it’s available even if your internet connection is unstable.
Ensure your smartphone is sufficiently charged – battery power is required for your ticket to be scanned at the entrance.
Turn your screen brightness up to the highest level to ensure the QR code can be read clearly.
Open your ticket before reaching the entrance checkpoint to avoid delays.
If you're attending as a group, transfer tickets in advance to any companions arriving separately.
Screenshots or copies will not be accepted – only the original ticket in your wallet app is valid.
PRINT@HOME TICKETS
- print@home tickets are only valid if printed in A4 format
- keep the ticket dry and protect it from dirt
- only tickets printed in good quality can be processed by the scan devices on-site
- do not fold the printed barcode / QR code
Ticket conditions:
- After purchase, tickets cannot be refunded.
- ALBA BERLIN reserves the right to change the date and time of the event.
- ALBA BERLIN is not responsible for tickets that were not purchased through any of its official means.
- If the ticket is damaged, torn or shows any signs of manipulation, ALBA BERLIN can deny access into the arena.
- Any ticket/s lost will not be replaced.
- Once the ticket holder leaves the arena, the ticket is no longer valid.
- Ticket holders must follow all instructions provided by security staff.
- Any ticket holder found under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be granted access into the arena and no compensation for the ticket will be paid.
- Ticket holders with a discounted ticket must produce proof of eligibility for the discount upon entry into the arena.
- It is forbidden to sell any ticket/s for commercial purposes.
- The house rules of the Uber Arena / Max-Schmeling-Halle / Sporthalle Charlottenburg apply in the respective venue.
